The Team

Adam Archer:

Adam has a portfolio covering theatrical entertainment, arena production shows and entertainment within the cruise industry worldwide. 

As well as designing his own shows, Adam has been an Associate Lighting Designer/Relighter to many fellow lighting designers, some of the recent shows he has work on: Strictly Come Dancing 2020 UK Tour, Grandpa's Great Escape, We Will Rock You UK Tour, Still Game Live - The Final Farewell, Dancing On Ice the UK Tour, Dynamo – Seeing Is Believing, The League Of Gentlemen Live Again 2018 & Noel Fitzpatrick – The Supervet.

 

Adam's work has been influenced by his peers and designers that he has worked with during his career so far, but his passion comes from his love of music and dance which he has been exposed to most of his life.

Nick Sharp:

Nick has been designing the lighting system upgrades for all the P&O Cruises & Cunard Line fleet of ships during their refits. Alongside this Nick has been Production Managing for Ruthie Henshall’s Production company Three Pin Productions and continues to design various productions both in the UK and globally. 

 

After Nick finished college he went on to pursue a career at sea and joined the team on board Ocean Village. While working on board Nick met Lighting Designer Steve Nolan,who at the time was designing the on-board production shows for Micha Bergese's company MBP.

 

A few years later Nick joined the freelance world and began to work with Steve Nolan as his associate as well as taking on design projects himself. During this time Nick worked on many productions, including the Princess Diana concert live at Wembley, Classical Spectacular, Shaolin Wheel of Life and various TV shows for ITV, Channel 4 and the BBC.

In 2010 Nick joined P&O Cruises newly formed production company, Headliners Theatre Company as the in-house Lighting Designer. To date Nick has designed over 80 productions for Headliners and still has a strong working relationship with Carnival UK and Headliners as the company grows into the future.
